Delete your data

Last updated 2 August 2026

This page explains how to have anything we hold about you deleted, for CrewPoppy — the phone app, the desktop app and this website — published by Olly Digital, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK no. 68745532).

The short version

We hold almost nothing. CrewPoppy runs in your own AWS account, so your agents, their instructions, your conversations and your files live there and never reach us. There is no account with us, no password and no profile. In most cases the only thing we hold is a notification token — and only if you turned notifications on.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@crewpoppy.com from any address, with the subject Delete my data.
  2. Tell us which deployment it concerns, if you know it — the sign-in pool identifier shown in the phone app under Settings → Connected to. If you do not know it, say so; we will still find and remove what we have.
  3. We reply to confirm what was deleted. We aim to do this within a few days, and within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires.

You do not need an account, a form or a reference number. An email is enough.

You can delete most of it yourself, immediately

What is deleted

What we have to keep, and for how long

What we never had in the first place

Your agents and everything they touch — instructions, conversations, documents they read, documents they produce, files you send from your phone — exist only in your own AWS account. We do not receive them and we cannot read them, so there is nothing for us to delete. Removing CrewPoppy from your computer removes all of it, as described above.
